The group is divided into teams. After the master pizza-maker gives a demonstration, each group goes to its station to make the pizza from scratch. The contest will be based partly on the technical judgment of how the pizza dough is made, a subjective assessment of the traditional pizza taste, and another of its creativity.
In the third stage, all the team make their “creative pizza,” starting from base ingredients, making the prep line, making the pizza, and baking it! After the competition comes dinner, which can be paired with Italian craft beer or fine wine.
The event can be done anywhere, but we suggest a pizzeria or a place with a special atmosphere. The activity involves a host and professional pizza maker, the ingredients and tools, a final toast with prosecco, and a prize for the winning team. The activity lasts about 2.5 hours.
